L'Artista presents: A modern production and administrative building—a garment factory—in the town of Ihtiman.

The building was constructed in accordance with modern building standards.

Monolithic reinforced concrete structure—reinforced concrete slab, columns, and reinforced concrete seismic base plates, with brick exterior walls.

It consists of:

• three stories and a basement, though in some places there are two stories and a basement.
• Ground floor – entrance lobby and storage areas for finished products and materials, with loading access from two opposite sides, as well as part of the production facilities and restrooms.
• Second floor – the cutting room with storage areas and an office section featuring a lobby, eight offices, the manager’s office, and a reception area

the administration offices, restrooms, and showroom.

• Third floor – this floor houses the design studios, the staff cafeteria, a break room, restrooms, and storage rooms.

• Total area: 1,823 sq. m.,
• Total floor area: 5,547 sq. m., excluding the checkpoint building.
• A 4,539-square-meter lot facing a paved street, enclosed by a solid brick fence.

At the entrance to the building, there is a 24-square-meter guardhouse, as well as a barbecue with a lightweight wooden structure.

The basement of the building houses technical rooms that provide air conditioning for the building, a backup power supply, and other storage areas.

The building is fully air-conditioned.

Indoor and outdoor video surveillance has been installed throughout the premises, along with a fire alarm system, a security alarm system, and high-speed internet.

The finishing work is of high quality; the floors in the ground-floor storage areas are polished concrete, while the upper floors of the storage and production areas feature a special non-flammable, antistatic floor coating.

In the administrative section, the floor is covered with granite tiles, and there is a suspended modular ceiling with built-in lighting and glass partition walls.

There are three stairwells connecting the floors of the building, as well as three elevators—two passenger elevators and one freight elevator.
